Hi, 

let me explain in detail what this means: 

Starting with commit r1143426, only changes in branches/KDE/4.5 end up in KDE 
4.5.0. trunk/ is now open for KDE 4.6 development. 

The usual RC-phase rules apply for branches/KDE/4.5. 

translations are going to be taken from /branches/stable/l10n-kde4, Albert is 
currently merging the current trunk state into that there. 

KDE 4.4.x translations can be commited to branches/KDE/4.4/kde-l10n now.
