As I just commented in kde-bindings, the newer sip release appears to be 
binary incompatible (ie, 4.9.x had SIP_API_MAJOR 6, and 4.10 has 
SIP_API_MAJOR 7), so requires a rebuild of all things using sip. :( 
(unless I'm missing something).
