OK here's the final status on this issue (sorry for the confusing emails I 
previously sent or cc'ed).

For KDE-SC-4.4.0, we need
* a 1.3.1 akonadi release that contains r1087546 (Volker is working on this)
* a kdelibs tarball that includes r1087561 (and merging that commit to the tag 
of course, I'll let Dirk do that)
