Yep. I forgot about the CMakeLists. Here the fix I used to compile them:
# fix compiling
sed -i -e "s~add_subdirectory( khelpcenter )~~g" kde-l10n-
es-$pkgver/docs/kdebase-runtime/CMakeLists.txt
sed -i -e "s~add_subdirectory( kcontrol )~~g" kde-l10n-
ru-$pkgver/docs/kdebase-runtime/CMakeLists.txt
sed -i -e "s~add_subdirectory( khelpcenter )~~g" kde-l10n-
ru-$pkgver/docs/kdebase-runtime/CMakeLists.txt
