kde-l10n-sv for 4.4.2 does not compile

turtlelang should be turtlescript -> I've not built it yet, it's just by 
comparing sv and es.

Looks like it was caused by fixing <!--Dear translator: please NEVER translate 
the id or anything inside the tags as they are needed in english by the 
application. Thanks a lot in advance.-->
