KDE 4.3.2 and Qt 4.5.3

There's at least one regression: in qeventdispatcher_glib.cpp.
ed375675d4a4f6fd63edeb242e23c87b3de4be6f was applied to 4.5.3
but the followup fix, d0d0fdb8e46351b4ab8492de31e5363ef6662b57
was not. So QTimer(0) isn't executed immediately, which breaks at least
a libkfile unittest. I have no idea what else this breaks though.
Thiago said he would put the fix into kde-qt's 4.5.3-patched branch,
and if you ship 4.5.3 you might want to take that too.

Overall, I'd say Qt-4.5.3 has still seen little testing with KDE.
So if you're releasing kubuntu tomorrow I wouldn't recommend 4.5.3,
but if there's still some testing time, why not.
