KDE 4.3.0 tarballs (try #1) uploaded

Hi, 

I just finished uploading the first set of 4.3.0 tarballs (now under stable/ 
instead of  unstable :)). Release is planned for Tuesday next week. Please 
report any grave issues or compilation errors that you might find. 

I know that I have to update kdebase* once more to include two more fixes. I'll 
do that ASAP and update this mail. 

I'm not completely sure which soprano version we need here, either 2.3.0 or 
2.3.1. I'll also double check the versioned requires now.
