kdereview maintainership

Hi,

Just removed my name from the module maintainers table as being the kdereview maintainer. So if anyone wants to pick it up, feel free. Basically it means tracking the stuff that goes in gets announced on k-c-d and after the review period make sure it moves out or back to playground. 

In any case preventing kdereview becomes a dumping ground. Which will happen without maintainer.
So, another fun job up for taking.
