There might be an issue with kdelibs requiring a non working version of 
Soprano.

After getting a link error in nepomuk I was told this was due to an old 
Soprano version, I should have 2.1.67, but in svn r917022 the 
SOPRANO_MIN_VERSION is set to 2.1.0.

If this is the case kdelibs probably should be modified to reflect this 
dependency.
