KDE 4.2.0 tarballs (non-final, try #1)

Hi, 

I've uploaded the current state of the 4.2.0 tarballs now. there is still one 
fix missing (klockfile), where I ran out of time tonight (have to get up early 
tomorrow). I'll try to finish this until friday. 


PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF ANY SHOW STOPPER ISSUES. Please use the kde-4.2.0-
blocker keyword for bugs on bugs.kde.org that must be fixed before release, 
and CC me on commits that must go into KDE 4.2.0.
