Apparently I backported something I shouldn't have [1] but nobody is giving me a straight answer. I cannot reproduce the bug and only people using OpenSuSE can. I am uncertain as to whether this is in KDE itself or downstream.

If someone that can reproduce it can look into it that would be great. The only revision that I can think it was is r927680 [2] but it doesn't change the way the effect works at all, it just changes the way movement is calculated.
