Release Schedule 4.4

Hi,

I lied. I told you that I would not make the 4.4 schedule and now I did it again. It's up at:

Executive summary:
- 3 weeks between soft and hard freeze
- 3 weeks between beta's
- Beta Tagging on Thursday, release on Tuesday ( or the other way round, i mix those up constantly).
- 2 weeks between rc's
- Tag an rc on one day, release is the next day.
- Tagging of final version during kamp kde
- Release on Januari 26th.

This schedule will become final next saterday, unless someone objects.
