Move KJots to kdepim?

Really? The plugin is really nearly done. KJots does load in kontact now. It
just needs a little help from someone more familiar with how kontact
plugins work and what needs to go into the desktop file.

Can't this be done as easily for KDE 4.1? I'd really like to get it in for
