[Kde-pim] Move KJots to kdepim?

It can.
The plugin is listed on the features page and Steve is already
working hard to make it happen for 4.1.

So we either:
1) tell Steve to put this on the back-burner for a future release
2) have kdeutils depend on kdepim
3) move kjots to kdepim
4) ??
