Hi,

Kde menu do not respect XDG spec anymore this can't be released with
this  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166481
Layout given by /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu isn't used anymore
whereas it worked perfectly on kde3.

I think that this issue must be looked and fixed for kde4.
