RC1 tarballs uploaded

HI, 

just finished uploading RC1 tarballs from the tag. Not much testing done yet 
myself. note that kdeplasmoids has been renamed to kdeplasma-addons (new 
module for 4.1, so we wanted to get the name right before we officially release 
it). 

l10n tarballs are on todo, I have to wait for a scripty run to finish to be 
able to cleanup the kdeplasmoids renaming in there. later tonight.
