kdegraphics and plasma are both in reasonable shape with no RC blockers that 
i'm aware of.

there are lingering multi-screen issues with plasma, but those aren't RC 
blockers IMO as they only affect some people in some situations and look to be 
vanilla-Qt bugs in some cases anyways.
