Extragear plasma for 4.0.1

Afaik it doesn't compile anymore against 4.0 branch. I used to build extragear 
against 4.0 branch in dashbot's buildroot, but that stopped working this 
week, so after it wasn't fixed for over two days, I switched it to build 
against trunk.
