For some time distros have been doing tons of third party tools for 
administering parts of the system. This results in more panels, like Mandriva 
Control Center, Yast, etc..
The idea is make a simple way to integrate de calls of this tools in system 
settings, so user need open just one panel, even been not necessarily a KDE 
tool.
