From my personal knowledge I can say:
akonadi, plasmagik (and its merge with knewstuff), widgets on plasma with Qt 
4.4, oxygen cursors, the new krunner, plasma extenders, libplasma in kdelibs, 
kuiserver, items joining in kiconview... and this is just a very quick 
list... I'm sure much more is about to come in 4.1.
