I agree. 

I have just committed a patch that couldn't go into KDE 3.5.10, and in the 
future, I'd like to fix other annoying bugs like the"konsole eating all mouse 
wheel events" bug, and the "changing the global colour settings resets the 
global font DPI" bug.
