Release of KDE 3.5.10

Those won't make it int 3.5.10, but if we gather enough changes, that would

3.5 branch has been frozen for ages. Tagging has happened yesterday. Release 
will be next Tuesday. (Unless we delay 3.5.10 by two weeks, that's up to 
coolo.)
