Does another BIC monday help? What is it needed for?

I'm fine with your proposal otherwise, just would like that additional bit of 
information to be able to communicate properly why Beta3 will be late, again. 
People might also ask how this affects the freeze? (Maybe all the breakage 
comes from people trying to get big changes in before they don't get the 
chance until KDE5.
