well, the stuff i have need for there is probably both BC and SC, but it also 
likely depends on ossi's work which isn't BC =/ this is direct fall out from 
having the kconfig stuff let in; while the central config classes were taken 
care of, the peripheral ones weren't. not that KConfigSkeleton is 
exactly "peripheral".
