panel layouts: mostly there; left to do: allow dropping of items properly
systray: currently patches circulating on panel-devel for this
desktop folder: that's a quicky to add actually
artwork: we're arranging an art blitz for the few svg's plasma needs and 
they'll be ready before release.

there's also the taskbar, which needs (and will be getting) love and attention 
as well.
