You know, I'm happy to take responsibility and blame, but I really don't
like your way of saying that this was my decision alone -- you're disregarding
others in the context and putting it as I make the decisions here. I stand
behind what I said in earlier emails, though. I also stand behind anything
that is being decided in this team.
Moreover, I'm afraid you're setting the wrong tone here. If the release team
were to adopt a culture where different opinions from different areas are
responded to with personal attack, we'll not get any people to do the work,
and we're back to where we were one year ago -- without release management.
So please let's get back to discussing things based on our expertise and area
of interest. We have to find a compromise between those different areas, and
we can only do that by respecting each other's opinions and contributions.
