The artistic decision is to have a windec+style+color scheme that
creates no visible "break" between windeco and window content. You don't
need to ignore the color scheme color for titlebars to achieve that
(which is the technical part and thats where the bug is).

Sure, showstoppers are the vertical tabs and dockwidget titles, but
certainly not the inability to change the titlebar color for the oxygen
windec.
