I'd call this a resurrected app.
And resurrected apps don't need kdereview.
The 1 June milestone is mainly about having applications in place
in their main module.
We have guidelines and milestones, be we aren't stupid (or try
real hard not to be). If we have a app that we want in KDE 4.0,
and we have a maintainer, and the blessing of the module, then
==> go for it!
IOW: it will be nice to have kjumpingcube back.
