I'd basically like to be able to add a KMessageBox to KolourPaint, for when 
one clicks "File / Scan..." and libkscan is not installed.  Currently, it 
just ignores the user's mouse click :)

I think this is a good idea, irrespective of whether string changes will be 
allowed.
