That sounds fine. If there is no alpha 2, we might want to call alpha 1 just 
alpha, though.

There is the mailing list kde-windows at kde.org. I guess that's at least a first 
point of contact.

I doubt that such subtle details will have much effect. We better should aim 
at actually making 4.0 better than 3.5.6 ;-)
