Translations when acting on apps

Hi!

Dear module maintainers: if you move or remove applications
from your module, make sure you add an entry for that to
/trunk/l10n-kde4/scripts/process_orphans.txt
and follow the move/removal in the /trunk/l10n-kde4/templates/messages
and /trunk/l10n-kde4/templates/docmessages folder.

There is no reason to checkout everything from l10n-kde4 - I will do the
rest when I run process_orphans.sh, but I can't catch up your removals ;(
