Please take care of pot files

these two are obsolete, yes. they've moved to strigi and i've made the 
necessary changes to the l10n-kde4 module to reflect that.

this one still seems valid. the okular chm geneartor is dependant on the CHM 
library being found, so perhaps that's what tripped this flag?
