Would the core kdelibs folks could go through the todo list (kdelibs/TODO)
and mark things that  absolutely must be done before we release a kdelibs4.0.
And also remove things that have been completed.  Possibly sort by
order of importance?  seems like we could turn the TODO into a MILESTONES
