KDE 4 snapshot 3.80.3 uploaded

Hi Dirk,

I wanted to give it a go but I cannot get it from tags/KDE/3.80.3. Coolo said 
on IRC it's ro only.
Should I get special rights to get it? Or how should I proceed?
