[rekonq] Url suggestions only update on key up

I'm glad someone else know's what I'm talking about. If it's complicated, I 
may be of no help because I have no qt experience. I'm still willing to give 
it a shot since it is a really annoying issue for me. My IRC handle is MTGap. 
I'll be in the #rekonq channel most of the day (EST) for the next week.
