[rekonq] Grantlee error pages

Hi!

What do you think about using grantlee for internal rekonq pages (e.g., 
error pages). I see the following pros and cons:
- (pro) modifying templates will not need editing C++ code; in particular,
  - no C++ knowledge needed;
  - no recompile;
  - user may override template by putting a file into 
~/.kde/share/apps/rekonq/templates
- (pro) it will be possible to create "themes", each theme contains a set of 
templates.
- (con) I don't know if scripty will extract strings from templates and 
merge them back;
- (con?) new dependency.

If you will not object, I will start implementing the change.
