[rekonq] SpellCheck Settings Dlg

I'm implementing a settings dialog for spellchecking - much the same options 
as in konqueror.

Whereabouts would be the best location for it in the settings screen? I'm 
currently placing it after the webkit page (position 5) but I can move it 
anywhere
