[rekonq] Google Code-in project for rekonq

Hi Baltasar,
I'm really happy you pushed your students' attention inside KDE code.
Teacher to teacher, I'm sure they'll have a lot of fun and  will learn a
lot of things :)
At least, the ones well involved. In fact the initial learning curve is not
so sweet... anyway...
I'm not sure I understood the idea. Any mockup or similar implementations
to make the concept clearer?
