[rekonq] an option or an icon to enable or disable cripts

Hello,

I think, and would like to suggest to implement it in Rekonq, that a
similar tool firefox get with Noscript would be of great help to navigate
the web with Rekonq. Indeed, Noscript for Firefox "allows JavaScript, Java
and other executable content to run only from trusted domains of your
choice, e.g. your home-banking web site, guarding your "trust boundaries"
against cross-site scripting attacks (XSS), cross-zone DNS rebinding / CSRF
attacks (router hacking), and Clickjacking attempts, thanks to its unique
ClearClick technology" (see
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/ for more details).

And since the web is full of nasty javascript to make advertisements run
against the will of the user, I can imagine implementing something like
Noscript to Rekonq may be a good idea.
