Description
-------

If you have the middleclickbutton set to do something different than autoscrolling, m_canEnableAutoScroll will never be set to true so whenever you click on a blank spot in a webpage you lose the ability to use vi-like navigation and keyboard autoscrolling. This solves the issue.
