[rekonq] [RFC] Cloning Tabs with History

Hi, I didn't want to push a patch for this before discussing it:

When we label an action "Clone Tab", doesn't that seem to mean doing
an exact copy of the current tab? If so, then I would expect to have a
new tab with the URL I'm currently looking  at plus the history of the
tab.

Codewise, this change would mean moving things around a little bit,
but we could discuss that on the Reviewboard if we agree to clone tab
history. What do you people think?
