[rekonq] [IDEA] new error page

Hi,

With the risk of being the only one to say, I find the design rather
crude. I like the gradients, but having this much roundness in a
rectangular parent window just looks wrong. Especially with the
(already mentioned) colour choice.

On the other hand, it is a rather nice idea to make the error page
into something useful.
