[rekonq] Application Shortcut Patch

Actually I had a misconception about this kind of application shortcuts. I
thought that having the shortcuts added in the new tab page would be better
but when reconsidered that idea, that isn't really a shortcut. User would
want to reach it shortly when Rekonq isn't running so your way is better.
Also there is no need to take up more space when Rekonq has bookmarks. I'm
sorry for the noise.
