[rekonq] KMessageWidget

Hey guys...

The KMessageWidget class was introduced into kdelibs in version 4.7.
Please take a look. This may be used to replace our existing
NotificationBar class implementation, that is used by the WalletBar.
Since our aim is tight integrations of KDE libs instead of reinventing
the wheel, so i thought it might be interesting -
