[rekonq] rekonq 0.7 Release Candidate

Hi all,
a brief message to announce the immediate availability of rekonq 0.6.95 
AKA our unique release candidate for 0.7 stable version.
You'll find fixed in this release ALL the crash bugs I could reproduce 
on my system :)

The final stable version is expected in a couple of weeks.
