[rekonq] Request for Junior Jobs

Hey friends. I felt that we should have some kind of Junior Jobs for
developers who want to start out with Rekonq development. The aim is
to get them started with the codebase, and give them the confidence by
letting them write a nice feature for Rekonq, with ample guidance. I
added a Junior Jobs page to Rekonq's section in KDE TechBase -
http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/rekonq/JuniorJobs
Right now it has only one job. I expect that you people will add more
jobs to the page to help out new developers find their way into the
Rekonq codebase.
