[rekonq] how to install plugins

Hi,I'm totally new to KDE & to reconq
Loaded a site & rx'd the msg... need to update flash so, went to Adobe's site, downloaded their package and... what now? How to I install it?
package:   "install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz"content:    libflashplayer.so
