- Complete refactoring of the patch
- Backward and forward history now work properly
- Ported the session-file to xml as it is much more clear on higher levels of complexity
- Now the tab history gets also restored when restoring the session (so we get that higher level of complexity in the session-file)

The patch is based on another patch to qtwebkit, so it won't compile at current.
