[rekonq] [GSoC] Plasma integration

Hi,

I've just read an idea to integrate plasma in rekonq for the GSoC [1]. I
though this had been discussed and we had decided not to implement this (I
personally added the feature to our last meeting's agenda [2], but I
couldn't assist so I might be wrong).

If this is really a GSoC idea we all agree on, I'd like to apply for it. I'm
very interested in plasma integration and I think it would greatly improve
rekonq, so please tell me if I should prepare a proposal :)
