This patch adds the sync feature for rekonq bookmarks, history and passwords. It works (actually) just with remote ftp sites and should be the first stone for other remote sync solutions (webdav? ownCloud? firefox Sync? etc...)

Oh, I forgot to say that I pushed this code in rekonq git repo, "SyncRebased2" branch.

UPDATE: last code is in "SyncRebased4" branch. Please, test it as it will be merged in a couple of days if there are no objections/suggestions.
